The GXO-3301L is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GXO-3301L oscillator is available at frequencies from 0.625 ~ 50.0MHz and is operable at any supply voltage within the 2.5V-3.3V range. This oscillator features low current consumption as standard.

The rise/fall time of the GXO-3301L is fast at 10ms maximum, and the period jitter and phase jitter performance of this oscillator are both excellent.

The GXO-3301L has enable/disable tristate functionality and comes encased within a 3.2 x 2.5mm package.

If you require an oscillator with similar specifications at a higher frequency (up to 170 MHz) then please consider the GXO-U119J or GXO-U119L.
